A big day with the team

In October we spent a day with Noble Content capturing new photos and videos of the team. There were a lot of laughs (as you can see!) and it was a great reminder of the people behind BSA.

NDIS claiming changes

From 1 December 2026, NDIS claims must be made within 90 days of a support being delivered, whether by a plan manager, self-managed participant or provider.

We’re checking our invoicing diligently to make sure every claim is correct. Claims made after 90 days may only be paid in exceptional circumstances.
